DSTACKED is operated by AI Career Hub LLC. Questions about these terms, purchases, or creator publishing can be sent to preston@dstacked.com. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement, or with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for your use.
What a purchase includes
A one-time purchase provides access through your account to the specific workflow version sold at checkout, including its lessons and any included resources. Tool subscriptions, generation credits, and other third-party charges are separate unless the listing explicitly says otherwise. Future workflow versions are not included unless the listing says they are.
Using a workflow
You may follow a workflow to create your own work, subject to any licenses on the tools and included assets. Purchasing a workflow does not transfer copyright in its lessons, prompts, or source materials. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the workflow or share paid account access. AI results can vary; no particular result, income, or business outcome is guaranteed.
Creator submissions
Creators retain ownership of their original content and give AI Career Hub LLC permission to store, display, and deliver the content they choose to publish. Only submit content and assets you have permission to use and distribute. Clearly disclose required tools, costs, and limitations. Paid publishing requires approval during the beta; any creator fee and payout arrangement must be agreed separately before paid publishing is enabled.
Accounts and availability
Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to access someone else’s private resources. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms. DSTACKED is an early service and may experience interruptions; contact support if you lose access to a purchase.
Refunds and changes
Our refund policy explains how to request help or a refund. If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
