Workflow feedback
When you send feedback, we store your message with your account, the workflow, and the step or workspace checkpoint you are viewing. DSTACKED can review these reports, and the workflow creator can see the message and workflow context in Creator Studio. We do not automatically attach code, prompts or screenshots. Feedback submission works independently of your optional analytics preference.
Who handles your information
AI Career Hub LLC operates DSTACKED. Contact preston@dstacked.com with questions, access requests, corrections, or account-deletion requests.
Information we use
We use your email address and account profile to manage sign-in, your purchases and access records to deliver workflows, and your lesson progress to help you return to your work. If you become a creator, your published profile and workflow previews are public. Drafts and private lesson resources are access-controlled. Support messages are used to respond to your request.
Connected assistants
When you connect an assistant, you authorize it to find published tutorials and read tutorial steps, prompts, checks, and resource links your DSTACKED account can access. If you also approve creator draft assistance, it can list and read your editable drafts, create private drafts, and send proposed text updates for review in Creator Studio. It cannot apply proposals, publish, delete, change pricing, make purchases, or access account settings and payment information. Existing developer connections can remain limited to one named draft. We store one-way token hashes, the authorized permissions and expiry, authorization and last-use times, draft-creation retry identifiers, and proposed updates. Account connections last up to 90 days; token records are retained with the connection for security and replay protection and removed when the expired connection is cleaned up on a later authorization or on account deletion. Proposals remain with the draft for review until removed with the draft or account, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Disconnecting in Connect AI stops future access; it does not erase information the assistant provider already received. The provider processes that information under your account with it, including its own retention settings. Do not put passwords, API keys, government identifiers, health information, or payment details in tutorial content. Connection secrets, private drafts, and lesson content are excluded from optional product analytics and session replay.
Service providers
Supabase provides account, database, and file-storage services. Stripe processes payments; DSTACKED does not receive your full card number. Hosting providers process requests needed to deliver the site. Creator Studio can send preview images or video frames and listing context you submit for an AI title suggestion to OpenAI. Do not include confidential information in those requests.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, PostHog receives product events such as workflow views, checkout starts, confirmed purchases, lesson completion, creator-builder steps, whether creator AI assistance was used, upload outcomes and sizes, page performance measurements, and redacted application errors, together with an anonymous device identifier or your internal account ID. When you are signed in, your account email labels your PostHog profile and connects activity to your account. Email entered into other forms, full payment details, lesson text, draft content, connection tokens, and private prompts are excluded from analytics events. Session replays record navigation and interactions with public page text visible and form input values masked. Account dialogs, creator drafts, lesson content, assistant connections, private media, and embedded workspaces are excluded from replay. We do not record network request bodies, headers, or console logs. Analytics events include approximate country, region and city provided by our hosting service. We do not send IP addresses to PostHog or request precise device location. Analytics is enabled by default where permitted, with an opt-out in Privacy choices. Where prior consent is required, or your region cannot be determined, analytics stays off until you enable it. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can change your choice in account Settings or using Privacy choices at the bottom of the site; declining analytics does not prevent learning, purchasing, or creating.
Your Watch feed
Watch can remember previews you view for at least eight seconds and projects you open, along with your chosen categories and tools, to vary recommendations. Viewing history stays in this browser for up to 30 days and is separated by signed-in account or guest use. It does not sync between devices or go to PostHog as part of this feature. Use Feed settings in Watch to turn off remembered views or clear the history. Optional analytics remains a separate choice.
Cookies and storage
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Local browser storage may remember interface preferences. When analytics is enabled, PostHog uses browser storage for analytics. We store your analytics choice in an essential preference cookie for this browser. This preference does not sync across devices.
Retention and your choices
We retain information needed to provide your account, deliver purchases, handle support, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by email. Some transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion. Providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not sell your personal information.
